Hearthstone is listed in the City of Dayton’s Southeast neighborhood group. This guide helps prepare a plumbing request for an address in that community. It does not identify a separate office or establish the condition of a particular building.
At a Hearthstone property, identify whether a proposed gas job adds an appliance or repairs an existing run. Provide the appliance model and the other equipment supplied by the line. A spare connection is not evidence that the existing supply has enough capacity for the added load.
Review Gas Line Installation and Gas Appliance Connection for the relevant assessment questions. Call (323) 916-2854 with the street address, observed symptoms and access contact. Confirm current coverage, availability, charges and the contractor’s work scope. The [City of Dayton neighborhood directory](https://www.daytonohio.gov/973/Community-Engagement) supports the geographic name; individual property conditions need assessment.
